Acceptable stay with issues
dusty room moth problem
The location was great next to the main station and a tram stop.
The room was dusty and some of the lights weren't working. The room was also full of moths, quite unpleasant. It was not a great experience. I think the hotel could do better.

dated furniture freezing shower
the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main train station. (perfect for catching early trains, if you're into that sort of thing).
The room felt a bit dated. the furniture seemed like it had been through a few wars and the lighting was so dim, i seemed like i needed a miner's helmet to read. the shower was also a challenge. It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold with no warning, i spent my showers playing a fun game of 'avoid the burn'.

convenient and clean stay
ideal location decent room friendly staff
the location proved ideal near the main train station. the room had decent size and cleanliness. friendly staff showed attractions on a map, this was helpful.
i found only one card issued for a double room, this was inconvenient. we had to leave the key at reception. there were no spoons provided, and the heater was only in the bathroom.

i found breakfast simple yet adequate with enough variety. its simplicity was actually quite nice and the selection met expectations for a quick morning meal. this helped start the day well.
